Bedgerabong Picnic Race Club's once a year meeting will be held on Saturday, 13th February 2010. It is one of three big picnic race meetings in the region in February with other meetings held at Condobolin and Tottenham.

A 40-strong committee runs the Bedgerabong Race meeting and in 2007 were awarded Community Race Club of the Year by Racing NSW. A crowd of more than 4000 is expected to attend in 2010 as the popularity of the Bedgerabong Races grows year on year.

The picnic racecourse of Bedgerabong is situated 32km west of Forbes and has developed a reputation for its picturesque setting, with its manicured lawns set among the backdrop of massive river gums.
